We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster (3–6 business days).
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

10. How do I clean the trash can?
Most bins can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Removable inner buckets (if available) make cleaning even simpler. Please refer to the care instructions for each model.
11. What sizes are available?
We carry a wide range — from small 1.5–3 gallon bathroom bins to large 13–30 gallon kitchen trash cans. Exact dimensions and capacity are listed on every product page.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my trash can arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
